How to Access General Student Details in Skyward Qmlativ SIS
The Student Profile displays demographic information about specific children. The student information you have access to in Skyward Qmlativ SIS varies based on your role in the district. Please refer to the section

Family Access
The Student Profile displays demographic information about your child or children. You see school information and family information for each child you are a guardian for. It is important for you to verify the information is up to date.

Viewing your student’s profile in Family Access enables you to see demographic information about your child or children that you’re a guardian for. You can also verify the information you see is accurate and up to date. Within Family Access, we’ll select the Student Profile tile. From here, we’re able to view any student, school, family, or emergency contact information. If we have more than one student, we can view information for them as well by selecting the appropriate student near the top left of the screen. Now that you know how to view student profile information within Family Access, you can be sure that the information displayed is accurate.
Instructions
The following steps will be completed in Skyward Qmlativ SIS. If you have access to more than one portal, you may need to click the 
down arrow next to the 
home icon and select Family Access from the drop-down menu.
You see the Family Access home screen, where you can view tiles listed alphabetically for all of your children. Click the Student Profile tile under the View All Students heading (if you have multiple kids enrolled in LISD) or under a specific child’s name.
If you wish to select a different child’s information, you must select that child’s name at the top left of the screen.
You see the Student Profile, which displays information under several different headings.
- The Student Information heading includes details such as the student number, grade level, birth date, native language, email address, etc. If the child has any alerts, the alert information will also display here.
- The School Information heading displays details related to the school the child is enrolled in, the school address, and the school phone number. If the child has a homeroom, advisor, counselor, homeroom teacher, or discipline officer, this information will also display here.
- The Family Information heading displays details related to your address, phone number, and email address. You also see the names of the members of other families for the child if the district has been given this information. No additional demographic information will display for members of other families.
- The Emergency Contacts heading displays the name, phone number, and email address for each emergency contact.
