Viewing Student Schedules
How to View and Print When and Where Students Classes are Scheduled in Skyward Qmlativ SIS
In Skyward Qmlativ SIS, student schedules can be viewed and/or printed with the detailed information about each class period, location, dates, and more throughout the current school year.
Please refer to the information in the appropriate tab below based on which portal you have access to, Family Access, Student Access, Teacher Access or Administrative Access.
Family Access
Student schedules for the current school year are available to parents and guardians in the Schedule tile of Family Access.

Are you looking to view or print your student’s schedule? Luckily, you can! If you’re already set up as a guardian in the system, you can see all of your student’s courses for each day that has a different schedule! To begin the process, let’s click the Schedule tile. Here, a breakdown of our student’s daily schedule displays. However, the view of our schedule can be changed, if we wanted to see their courses for the entire year, instead of weekly. From here, we can also adjust our settings to modify the size of the schedule. Now that you’re more familiar with current schedules, you can stay up to date on all your student’s courses, in a way that’s right for you.
Quick Steps
- In Family Access, click the Schedule tile.
- Choose the appropriate View.
- Review the information provided.

Detailed Instructions
The following steps will be completed in Skyward Qmlativ SIS. If you have access to more than one portal, you may need to click the 
down arrow next to the 
home icon and select Family Access from the drop-down menu.
- Click the Schedule tile.
- You can select a tile under a specific child’s name or under the View All Students heading. If you wish to select a different student’s information, you can do so by selecting that student’s name at the top left of the screen.
- You see the Student Schedule screen, which displays a heading with the child's name, the school where the child is enrolled, and the current school year.
- You can select a tile under a specific child’s name or under the View All Students heading. If you wish to select a different student’s information, you can do so by selecting that student’s name at the top left of the screen.
- You can choose the appropriate View option from the drop-down list near the top left of the screen to display a Weekly Schedule or an All Year schedule.
- The Weekly Schedule option enables you to specify which week's schedule you wish to view by selecting the appropriate month and week from the drop-down lists.
- The All Year option displays schedules for the entire year.
- Your child's courses are ordered by class period and by days of the week the schedule is in effect. If the child has different schedules for different days of the week, a unique schedule is displayed for each. Each class on the schedule displays information such as the Course code, class Section, and the teacher.
You have successfully viewed your child's current schedule in Family Access!
View Course Details
If you would like to view details about a particular course on your child's schedule, click the course. A pop-up window displays a heading with the course name and fields for Primary Teacher, Section Code, Display Period, Times, Days, Dates, Building, Room, and Curriculum.
When you are finished viewing course information, click Close near the bottom right of the window. You return to the Student Schedule screen.
Resize the Schedule
To modify the size of the schedule, click Settings near the top right of the screen.
A pop-up window displays the Schedule Matrix Display Settings screen. Select the Small, Medium, or Large radio button to adjust the size of the schedule. This only effects how the schedule displays in the system. It does not impact the size of the schedule when printed.
Click Save near the bottom right of the window when you are finished. You return to the Student Schedule screen.
Export / Print Options
You can choose one of the options near the top right of the screen to export and/or print a child's schedule.

Print Schedule List: A new tab opens in your browser, which displays the child's schedule and courses in an optimal printing format.
- Click Print near the top right of the screen to view the printing options for your computer.
- Click Print near the top right of the screen to view the printing options for your computer.

Print All Schedule Matrices: You would select this option to print all of your children's schedules if you have one or more children.
- Verify you have selected View All at the top left of the screen if you wish to print all of your children's schedules.
- The current schedules for all of your children are generated in a single PDF file. The appearance of the course information is similar to how it is displayed currently on the screen.
- Verify you have selected View All at the top left of the screen if you wish to print all of your children's schedules.

Print Schedule Matrix: You would select this option to only print the schedule for the child's name displayed to the left of this button.
- The current schedule for the child is generated in a PDF file. The appearance of the course information is similar to how it is displayed currently on the screen.
