Viewing Student Graduation Plans

How to View a Student's Credit and Course Completion Required for their Diploma

A student's graduation plan in Skyward Qmlativ SIS provides information about the student's graduation requirements, including the name of the plan, required credits, and courses. You can use this to view the student's progress towards their diploma.

Please refer to the information in the appropriate tab below based on which portal you have access to, Family Access, Student Access, or Administrative Access.

Family Access

Student requirements for graduation are available to parents and guardians in the Graduation Plan tile of Family Access.

Here’s how you can keep tabs on progress and determine where additional credits are needed.
Click the Graduation Plan tile to bring up your child’s educational career tracker.
In the header, you’ll see a summary of credits required, completed, and in progress.
The list below breaks the information down even further by subject area.
The information found on this screen will be extremely helpful when requesting courses for next year.
For more details on a given subject, including your child’s course history, click the arrow icon.
Before your child can begin exploring the topics that appeal to him or her most,
it's a good idea to confirm that doing so won't be at the risk of postponing a diploma.
Now’s the perfect time to come up with a long-term plan together.
It’s as easy as that!

Quick Steps

  1. In Family Access, click the Graduation Plan tile.
  2. Review the summarized information.
  3. Click the open icon to view additional details about any of the courses.

 

Detailed Instructions

The following steps will be completed in Skyward Qmlativ SIS. If you have access to more than one portal, you may need to click the down arrow next to the home icon and select Family Access from the drop-down menu.

  1. Click the Graduation Plan tile.
    • You can select a tile under a specific child’s name or under the View All Students heading. If you wish to select a different student’s information, you can do so by selecting that student’s name at the top left of the screen.
    • You see the Graduation Plan screen, which displays the name of the student, the name of the graduation plan, the student's progress through the required credits, and areas and sub areas that describe the subjects of study.
  2. Review the summarized information below the student's name.
    • The student's graduation plan is listed above the summary details (as indicated by the red arrow in the screenshot below).
    • The total number of Required Credits, Completed Credits, In Progress Credits, Future Credits, Waived Credits and Remaining Credits are displayed.
      • The Student Sub Areas section has a column for each of these credit calculations containing the values from each sub area and completed course(s).
  3. Click the Open Row open icon to view details about the corresponding course.
    • You see the Student Sub Area Details screen, which displays the student's progress through the required credits for that sub area, as well as the school year the course was completed, the campus (entity) where it was completed, the name of the course, and the section.
