Viewing a Student Portfolio
How to Download and See Report Cards and Transcripts in Skyward Qmlativ SIS
The student portfolio in Skyward Qmlativ SIS enables users to view a list of student attachments, including transcripts, report cards, progress reports, or attendance letters for your child.
Please refer to the information in the appropriate tab below based on which portal you have access to, Family Access, Student Access, or Administrative Access.
Family Access
Portfolio attachments are available to parents and guardians in the Portfolio tile of Family Access.

Transcript
By viewing your student’s portfolio, you can see the different documents that your student’s school has made available to you. We’ll begin by navigating to the Portfolio tile. We could see things like attendance or discipline letters, fee statements, transcripts, and more. Here, we’ll be able to see all the portfolio attachments that have been made available to us. We can choose to download each attachment by selecting the corresponding option. By selecting the Eye icon, the attachment will open in a separate window. This information can also be translated into a different language by using the browsers translation feature if needed. The option to print this attachment is also available if we’d like a hard copy. By selecting Print, another window will populate, and we can continue with printing this information. Thanks to the Portfolio feature, your student’s important documents are all housed in one secure and convenient location.

- In Family Access, click the Portfolio tile.
- Click the download icon to the left of the appropriate attachment.
Detailed Instructions
The following steps will be completed in Skyward Qmlativ SIS. If you have access to more than one portal, you may need to click the 
down arrow next to the 
home icon and select Family Access from the drop-down menu.

Click the Portfolio tile.
- You can select a tile under a specific child’s name or under the View All Students heading. If you wish to select a different student’s information, you can do so by selecting that student’s name at the top left of the screen.
- You see the Portfolio screen, which displays the child's name and the created time, name, and type for each attachment.
- If any attachments are not displayed, click the
More button to expand the list.
- You can select a tile under a specific child’s name or under the View All Students heading. If you wish to select a different student’s information, you can do so by selecting that student’s name at the top left of the screen.
- Click the
download icon to the left of the appropriate attachment.- The download process begins and the browser prompts you to open or save the file; Skyward recommends saving the file. When the download is complete, the file is accessible through your computer. You can now open the file and save it to the appropriate location.
