The following information will help guide the parent or guardian in updating their phone numbers and/or email address in the Family Access portal of Skyward Qmlativ SIS. If you need additional assistance or need to update a home address or emergency contact, please contact your student's school.

Quick Steps

1. Login to Skyward and make sure you are in Family Access.
2. Click on the Student Profile tile.
3. Under the student's picture you will see Your Family Information click edit.
4. Update your information.
5. Save.

Detailed Instructions

The following steps will be completed in Skyward Qmlativ SIS. If you have access to more than one portal, you may need to click the down arrow next to the home icon and select Family Access from the drop-down menu.

1. Verify you are in the Family Access portal.
2. Click on the Student Profile tile.

3. Under the student's picture you will see Your Family Information click edit.

4. Update the information that you want. For email updates, complete the Confirm field as well for each change. Please note you are only able to edit anyone attached to the same Family ID. 

5. Save when finished. This will apply to all students you are a guardian for. You have successfully updated your information. Click Home icon to return to the main page.
