The Lewisville ISD Technology Status web page provides the current status and incident history of LISD technology. This page is automatically updated every 60 seconds.

Current Status

Critical information may be displayed at the top of the screen if there is an ongoing and/or major incident occurring with a technical system.

All systems are listed alphabetically with their status displayed to the right of their name. You can use the Search services field to type the name of the system you would like to check the status of. A minimum of three characters must be entered before the list will be filtered to match the criteria.

You can click the icon to the left of any name, like Digital Instructional Resources or Infrastructure, if there are more related systems to view.

Past Incidents

The bottom of the screen lists any recent incidents that have been resolved. There is also an interactive infographic below the list that shows a high-level view of the status of technical systems district-wide over the last 60 days. You can hover over any of the days for a list of incidents (if any) that occurred on that day. The Incident & maintenance history link provides even more historical details over the years.

If you would like to be a subscriber to scheduled maintenance and technical system incidents, please click the Subscribe to updates link in the header to enter your email address and select which notice type you would like to get notified about.
