How to Receive Technical Assistance with the LISD Student Information System
Accessing Incident IQ
Incident IQ is LISD's ticketing system that is used to provide technology-related support. This article will provide the steps necessary to navigate to the application.
Access Options
There are three ways to access Incident IQ:
- By visiting support.lisd.net in your browser.

- Selecting the Support app from the Learning Hub (LHub).

- Using the iPad Support app on your iPad.

Note
If prompted to login, please use your LISD username and password to do so.
Create a Ticket
After accessing Incident IQ, you may choose either of the +NEW TICKET buttons available.
- One of the options is located in the header.
- Another option is located in the My Recent Tickets section.

In the “What is this ticket about?” section, click the Software / Online Systems button.

In the “Which software or online system is this related to?” section, type “SIS” in the search box, then select the Skyward Qmlativ Student Information System (SIS) option.

Before submitting your ticket, you will be directed to a screen similar to the one pictured below. Please fill in the fields with any necessary information. Detailed descriptions of your issue will help the support team better assist you, so please include any relevant specifics here.
When you are ready to submit your ticket, please click on the SUBMIT TICKET button in the bottom, right corner.
