Teacher email addresses for a student's scheduled courses this school year are available to parents and guardians in the Schedule tile of Family Access.

Quick Steps

1. In Family Access, click the Schedule tile.
2. Choose the appropriate View.
3. Select a course to view details for.
4. Copy or click on the Teacher Email.

Detailed Instructions

The following steps will be completed in Skyward Qmlativ SIS. If you have access to more than one portal, you may need to click the down arrow next to the home icon and select Family Access from the drop-down menu.

1. Click the Schedule tile.
   • You can select a tile under a specific child’s name or under the View All Students heading. If you wish to select a different student’s information, you can do so by selecting that student’s name at the top left of the screen.
     
   • You see the Student Schedule screen, which displays a heading with the child's name, the school where the child is enrolled, and the current school year.
2. You can choose the appropriate View option from the drop-down list near the top left of the screen to display a Weekly Schedule or an All Year schedule. 
   • The Weekly Schedule option enables you to specify which week's schedule you wish to view by selecting the appropriate month and week from the drop-down lists. 
   • The All Year option displays schedules for the entire year.
     
3. Select a course you would like to view additional details for.
   • Your child's courses are ordered by class period and by days of the week the schedule is in effect.
4. Copy or click on the hyperlinked Teacher Email address.
   • This is the staff email address for the Primary Teacher of the selected course.
     

When you are finished viewing course information, click Close near the bottom right of the window. You return to the Student Schedule screen.
