Completing a Student Transfer Request
How Guardians Fill Out a Student Transfer Request using Skyward Qmlativ SIS
LISD offers an OPTIONAL General Transfer Window each school year for all current LISD students who will be in grades KG-12 next school year. Transfer requests outside the window are only allowed for new enrollments or change of address.
When considering a Transfer in Lewisville ISD, you can visit https://www.lisd.net/enroll/transfers to access the information you need to fill out to begin the process. This form should only be completed for students who want to attend a school other than the one to which they are zoned by address. Guardians who request a transfer for their child will receive a decision via email. Email decisions are sent out daily as transfers are processed. Transfers submitted for multiple students or siblings may not get decisions at the same time.
Once you submit the transfer form, any changes made later will not be reviewed. If you need to change your transfer request, please contact Student Services at 469-713-5206.
