How to Navigate within the Knowledge Hub

Summary
There are two different views available when navigating within KHub.

Knowledge Base View
- Default view
- Public-facing
- Recommended view when searching for articles

Dashboard View
- Only available for logged in staff
- Primarily used to create articles
- Can be used to search, but also lists Categories in results

Knowledge Base View
The knowledge base view of the KHub is composed of four key elements:

Language selection
- You can select which language you would like to receive your information in. The current options are English, Spanish and Chin. Please note that while there are some translated articles available in different languages, not every article has an associated translation.

Search field

The searchability of articles is the best feature! This powerful search engine will help connect you to a list of articles that best match the typed criteria.
- If the word(s) you enter in the search field appear in multiple articles, the search results will provide you with up to 20 of the most relevant options.

Recommended articles
- The Popular Articles section of the home screen of the KHub lists the top 10 most viewed articles that you have access to.
- Every article has a Related Articles section at the bottom of the page. KHub's software auto-generates articles to further support the information in the current article.

Categories
- If you would like to manually locate articles in the KHub, you can explore the available Categories.

These can be found in a few different areas of the knowledge base view, including:
- The white links directly below the search field on the home screen.
- The yellow icons in the middle of the home screen.
- The tabs in between the heading and content of each article.
